I use SendInBlue which so far seems pretty enjoyable, but will try the basic WordPress client and SendGrid to make sure.

So, for some reason, Google will not accept the sitemap. All SC says is to remove X-Robots-Tag: noindex, follow from the sitemap. If I am correct, that is necessary to prevent the sitemap from showing up in search results. However, for my other website that has the exact same tags, SC doesn’t show them under the URL inspection and flings no errors. Am trying to add some rules to robots.txt to override the header tags. Do any of you know some?

1. Yes, all plugins are completely updated and all known caches are cleared.
2. Yes, the WordPress version is fully up to date and version 5.0.3
3. Old search console reports that their are no problems. New SC says it can’t be read, as far as I know, the no-index tags are necessary, but Google still refuses to accept the sitemaps. I’m trying to see what the issue is or if this is a bug on Google’s side.

The sitemaps and SEO runs perfectly for it. How would I go about removing them? Keep in mind, I have limited server access (nginx, etc.)
Update: Sucks, I feel like a child, but I had my host erase the robots config so I could make a new one. Will update when/if fixed.

@hallsofmontezuma It is EasyWP, figured I’d try them out after my plan was up with my previous. Will probably go with HG.
Unfortunately, my host restricts my access to the nginx config. They also refuse to apply any rewrites and simply suggest I use another plugin. Thanks for the assistance, I don’t think I need a new plugin, I think I need a new host. If there are any alternatives please let me know, I’d rather not use Yoast but it is what it is until my inevitable switch to someone who provides complete access.
Interesting, my SMTP makes it a challenge to see the original redirects. That may be why the links are invalid. I believe I am having the same issue.
