You nailed it! Version 1.2.2 works great. Thanks!!
Version 1.2.2 seems to have eliminated the Save Changes bug. Thanks, bhaldie!
Check this out. It looks like it’s not just your plugin.
This is the only time I’ve seen this problem. All the other Save Changes buttons I’ve ever encountered in WP or in plugins have been fine in Chrome.
Ho, ho! It’s a Google Chrome 9.0.597.98 problem!!!!!
I just tried it on FireFox and it works perfectly.
On Google Chrome, when I click the Save Changes button, it does the simulated “depress button” thing, so I know the browser “heard” my click. But apparently Chrome isn’t “sending” my click back to the server.
I’m all set now, but it will be interesting to figure out why Chrome (which I’ve used almost exclusively for a year now and really like) is misbehaving on this seemingly simple task.
Good luck!!
I deactivated and deleted the plugin and installed 1.2.1 from WordPress.org. I’m still having the same problem. Did I not manage to snag the updated version? Could it be a permissions thing? (I haven’t had any other problems like this, and I’m not getting an error message.)
Let me know … thanks!
I’m having the same problem. I’m just trying to change Redirect on Login from Dashboard to Home Page. I can click the radio button for Home Page just fine, but when I click the Save Changes button, nothing seems to happen. And if I navigate away from the Memphis Login page and then come back to it, the radio button has set itself back to Default again.
I’m using version 3.1.
Please advise. Thanks!
