Yes I am getting this as well after 4-16-19 Yoast update. It covers like 80% of the screen with the green spinning circle, tried it on firefox and chrome on 6 or 7 different sites, it’s bad. Personally using wordpress 4.9.10 and divi v3.22.2 theme on all these sites.
