I want to be the only admin on our account and the only person to be able to add/remove users however I also want to be able to give the user enough access to make any necessary changes they see fit i.e. themes, pages, plugins, etc.
I tried creating a custom role using “User Role Editor” however they are saying that they are unable to make changes. I am wanting them to set up a 301 redirect. I used the SEO Manager as a base role then added permissions as I saw fit.
So as you can see they are doing a little more outside the scope of a traditional FB ads manager. He has SEO experience.

If I are to add someone that will be building some landing pages for FB advertising and I do not want them to be able to add or remove users which user role is the best?
I was thinking SEO Manager or SEO Editor.

In reply to: New Users not receiving emailsWell it has never works since we took over the company in July 2020. Whenever I add a new user they notify me they didn’t get an email. So then I have to send them the username and password.
