If you contact your host with the library related error messages you may be receiving, they will oftentimes enable teh library that is missing and can sometimes bump up the resources on your site if needed.
Otherwise, you may not be able to use CBPRESS on your Free site hosting and may have to upgrade to a shared HostGator or BluHost or GoDaddy site – we have confirmed that our plugin works for most shared hosting environments on these servers.

CBPRESS functionality issues that arose with the new version of WordPress (3.5 and 3.5.1) have been resolved in CBPRESS version 1.2.0 and additional functions, such as the ability to add images to product entries, have also been included.

I have reviewed our contacts through cbengine, through our ClickBank support tickets, through our support ticket system, and have found nothing with this member name. All these support forums are reviewed every business day as they have higher levels of activity than this WordPress.org forum. In addition Keynetics is actually the parent company of ClickBank, which manages our product sales, so they are not associated with CBPRESS except that it is one of the thousands of products that ClickBank sells. If you were trying to contact them about our product, in any manner except through their receipt support ticket system, that would explain the disconnect.
Your error during unzipping above should have more specific information following that statement which is essential to our troubleshooting process – a guess right now would be that a library we require on our plugin is not enabled on your hosting platform, but we would need the detailed error statement to know for sure. Please provide specific error message to our support system at http://support.cbpress.com and we can get back with your specific issue there.

Could you connect through our support.cbpress.com ticket system and possibly allow us to access your wp-admin area in order to troubleshoot? So far you are the only one we have tested this new plugin on that is still encountering problems so it would be helpful to see if you have other plugins or a specific theme that is increasing conflicts for your site.Forum: Plugins

We are still finalizing 1.2.0 and hope to have it out in a couple weeks, but please download 1.1.0 from WordPress.org – we have tested on a variety of themes and so far widget management is working well. Let us know if there are any further issues.

We are also still working on a couple refinements to our upgrade version 1.2.0 which we hope to launch within the next couple weeks.
