Do I add this to my Themes function.php file?
Do I need to echo this on the product page?
How would I go about outputting the tax class, or rather the label of the tax class that is associated with that product? What is the function/implementation for that?
So on the product page, I’m looking to display the name of the tax that is being used on that product, next to the price. I dont need to show whether it is incl or excl VAT etc…
Price Tax Name
Examples:
£100 Zero Rated£60 VAT
My settings:
Prices Entered With Tax: Yes
Display Prices in the Shop: Including tax
Display Prices During Basket and Checkout: Including taxForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Set the "Inc VAT" Text depending on tax ID…I’m hunting for exactly the same thing.
Depending on which item is selected, then {display tax ID} next to the price…
Did you ever find a solution for this? Is it a case of putting some php in the template?
Thanks for the prompt response, Mike.
Is there a way to display which tax is being used on the price shown on the product page?
It could be confusing to customers who are not sure whether the price is incl/excl or even Zero rated.
Thanks,
