@frank maio: For page layout “No Sidebar: Full Width”, you need to upgrade to pro version and you will get this layout options as well. See this http://catchthemes.com/demo/catchbox-pro/parent-page/no-sidebar-full-width/.
For free version, you need to add css in your “Custom CSS” box to edit that.
