When Download Manager is disabled, the settings page in Leaflet Maps Marker is working find.
When I reactivate it, it stopps working and display is chaotic.

I have the same problem.
WP 3.6, gallery code is generated ok, but missing the word “lightbox” in the rel of each anchor.
E.g.
