For upgrading a membership, the member has to be logged in FIRST before making the purchase otherwise, it does not know what account to associate it with.
Use a conditional to make the button appear only for when the member is logged in, or a note asking them to log in.
It might solve the issue.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Post to PDF Enhanced] Wrapping text around the imagesOh, that is too bad because the output document would look so much better with that. Thanks for responding, and i hope it will someday be added as a feature.
One small detail to remember is that the user might need to confirm the MailChimp subscription before it appears. Did you go through that step too?
I know you can remove choices by removing the card name. By default you have this:
accept=”paypal,visa,mastercard,amex,discover,maestro,solo”
simply change it to
accept=”paypal, visa” (leaving the one you want, and paypal, which i was told cannot be removed)I am not sure if it is exactly what you need though, but worth looking into.
I don`t think s2M does it per say, however, it is very easy to set up a page you can call “my account”, where you can list all the courses (full name) and have them display and link only if the use has the particular ccap.
I did one such page here as an example; http://scrapbookcampus.com/my-account/
I was a little fancy and added a non-clickable grey image for the courses the user has NOT purchased, since it ends up being an additional promotion for them so they see what they are missing!Would that work for you?
From what i know, no. It has been requested over and over again but it has not YET been implemented (and it has been quite a while)
But this plugin is great! And one newer feature of the pro version of this plugin is that it will also put the ccap as a merge field in MC so you can segment your list to send only to those with a particular ccap.
(1) the process is that the user will pay at Paypal and should then be redirected to register an account on your site. As far as i know, only the pro-form allows the process done the other way around (or just NOT going to Paypal).
(2) Check under General Option > Open registration and allow open registration. Then, you can create a button or a link directing them to the wp registration page: /wp-login.php?action=register.
(3) i am not sure about this one. Surely someone more knowledgeable will answer that question.
If you were to use the pro-form (with the pro version) you could have a discount coupon integrated directly in your site and obviously compatible with s2M.
Using a Paypal button “on its own”, might not integrate with s2member and grant the proper access to your member. I am not 100% sure of that but that is what i understand. Maybe someone else can confirm that (or contradict me).
I am not 100% sure but i don’t think s2member can yet, handle two concurrent recurring membership. Hopefully Cristian can come and confirm that (or give you a workaround).
Yes it is great for that too.
If you are using S2M and MC, and you want a bidirectional synchronisation, you might be interested in this plugin:
http://krumch.com/2012/08/24/kc-bidirectional-integration-of-s2member-with-mailchimp/?ap_id=Cassel
This will allow the members to make chances to their profile in MC and those changes will be made to S2m and vice versa.(although this is an affiliate link, it is only for tracking purposes and i am not getting any compensation for using this link)
If you are using S2M and MC, and you want a future synchronisation, you might be interested in this plugin:

This will allow the members to make chances to their profile in MC and those changes will be made to S2m and vice versa.(although this is an affiliate link, it is only for tracking purposes and i am not getting any compensation for using this link)
This looks like a very convenient tool, Johnathon!
I don’t have an answer for you as I can only accept Paypal myself, but one thing I know is that you CANNOT remove the Paypal option. I am not sure of the reason but I read that somewhere.
Hopefully someone has done the same thing as you are doing and knows the answer.
Yes, it looks like what I have. Give that a try with a testing friend to see, or log in and log out (maybe from a different browser) to see what a non-logged in viewer sees, and what is displayed when logged in.
