The technician at PowWeb did the following to resolve this issue:
he pointed DirectoryIndex to index.php by creating .htaccess file. Now, able to access WordPress Web site at http://mycarworx.com/blog/ without any issue.

Yes. I have another WordPress blog on a different web site with this same PowWeb server. That works fine. Thanks for your input.
