Hi again
it’s been one year since I’ve needed to update this site and my dashboard is still content blank
I cannot deactivate or uninstall anything

How can I uninstall plugins without a dashboard? Can I delete the whole plugin files in my file manager at my hosting company?

I have requested a new password but it’s not recognising my username or email address…it’s telling me There is no user registered with that email address which cannot be right
