In reply to: Unable to access custom HTML and Text Widget boxOkay – The update seems to have fixed it, so was obviously an issue with those missing files! I don’t know why they were missing, I didn’t delete them. Oh well. Thank you for your help!

In reply to: Unable to access custom HTML and Text Widget boxI will try a manual update – I thought that might be necessary but wanted to check incase there was a less risky fix.
I had previously checked file permissions as I felt that may be an issue. For that directory and just wp-admin/js/ it’s 7-5-5 for both. Is this correct?

In reply to: changing header below logo/striped header bit in modicus remixI figured it out! Don’t know how I didn’t see it! I just needed to put it in header.php under <div id=”headerstripe”></div>
Hopefully this’ll help someone else if they’re stuck with it.
I need help on something else, but no doubt I’ll figure it out before anyone ever responds.
It may be really obvious and maybe my tiredness is affecting me here, but, how do I set it so that WordPress is my site AND blog URL-wise? I want it so that when you type in http://www.cardboardcities.co.uk it goes to what the blog looks like now, and is seen as the main site, and not just the blog. Hope that made sense.
Any help is appreciated, no matter how obvious it may be.
Thanks.
