I haven’t been able to change the name.
When I double click, a box appears around the name but it doesn’t allow me to click inside the box.Thanks for coming back to me.
When I double click the Slider’s name, the slider is selected and actioned, I’m still not being able to change the name I’m afraid.
Do you have any other suggestions?

In reply to: Corrupted Theme?I’ve also been in touch with the theme support and they say that it looks like the issue is caused by the WordPress installation so I thought that it would be a good idea to ask the same question here too.
The hosting company unfortunately told me that they don’t support WordPress and that I ought to review the error logs and run various tests on the site.
Thanks for your time any way and I’ll try and figure out what to do next.

There’s been a development in the last 24 hours.
We discovered that the Custom Sidebar didn’t work for a particular page template so that once we switched to a default template, it functioned correctly.
As this is the case, please consider the matter closed.Thank you for all of your help.

I’m doing fine thanks, I hope that you are well too.The theme that I was using was Leonardo version 1.03 and I switched to TwentyThirteen and didn’t have the same problem so I think that you’re right and that this is a theme specific issue.
I updated the Leonardo theme to the latest verson (1.07) and have the same problem I’m afraid.
