We’re also experiencing this problem with the search functionality since updating to version 3.1 on our site using the Flatsome theme.
Uploading the version from the google drive link above appears to have fixed the search issue though.
We have created a custom provider, as we have been using The Courier Guy for some time before they were added as standard provider on the plugin.
The new standard provider included in the plugin after the recent update is now overriding our custom provider setup – this is the whole crux of the problem we are reporting.
The link address that we use was also provided to us for integration into our custom setup by The Courier Guy themselves.
We just want to be able to use our custom provider setup without the standard provider setup overriding our settings.
I’ve sent an example of the tracking link with a number included through to your support contact on your website – I hope you’ll understand why I’m not going to post delivery identifiable information on an open forum
Have you got somewhere I can send it through to? All our ‘live’ tracking numbers would contain customer information that I don’t really want to post on a public forum?
I’ve had exactly the same problem with my custom shipping provider.
The tracking URL should read: http://courier-provider.com/waybill.php?ppcust=1234.1234.9876&waybill=%number%
What was saved in the URL parameter was: http://courier-provider.com/waybill.php?ppcust=1234.1234.9876&waybill=%number%
Every time I re-entered the tracking URL and updated the custom shipping provider information, the rogue #038; would come back.
The only way I’ve found to deal with it is to delete the custom shipping provider completely and re-add them again from fresh. I don’t know if this will continue to work long term though – any advice zorem?
