I found my hosting initial email. And went to the support knowledgebase and found this: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/188/205/how-to-access-an-account-via-ftp.
Once I had my credentials/details, I was able to follow your instructions from the first response easily and I HAVE ACCESS TO MY WEBSITE AGAIN!!

I have no idea how to access or where to go to follow these instructions:
Please use FTP/SFTP — or any file manager your web host provides via their administration panel.
Look inside the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and rename the wordfence directory to wordfence.bak.
