I looked through the settings and noticed the load in header or footer at the bottom of the settings page, and switched it to header. I saw someone mentioning that, but I didn’t know where to look for that, so I was lost.
It is working now.
I hope you get it straightened out. Luckily we only lost 1 order, but it’s painful either way.
We have more than one person working on our site with access to the woocommerce settings, and as it turns out, the sandbox was checked when my client reported the problem, and then was magically unchecked before I saw it.
So my best guess is that once something is completed in the sandbox, it is completed, and does not reprocess when you take it out of the sandbox.
In our case, the the person ordering thinks their order went through (with no money being taken out of their account) and the store shows it as completed (with no funds being deposited). Of course talking to the person who placed the order, they swear up and down that the money was taken from their account and that they are owed the product.
Terrible learning experience on this one.
Not sure if this happened to you as well Crystalgroves, but it may be worth checking into if you have more than one person with woocommerce access.

What I found is that if the video you are putting into a gallery is a video from youtube, then you don’t have the option to change the thumbnail, and it just grabs whatever you tube gives it. I could only get the option to change the thumbnails if it was an actual video that I uploaded myself.I hope this helps.
