In reply to: [Twenty Fifteen] width featured imageHi Calcin,
Thanks for your reply!
I deactivated all plugins, and, to test, used twenty fifteen parent theme. So no css was changed. And still it’s not good. Since I’m only playing with this theme, I can’t show it you. However, I made a screenshot:
You can see the white space on both sides of the image. The image is 1300 pix wide; that shoud be enough, isn’t it?Hope you can help me?!
Regards,
Basok, thank you. case closed.
thanks again for your reply!
As you can see in de second screenshot you provided, there is a big (vertical) difference in the way the buttons are shown. That might be a theme issue then a plugin issue; is that what you’re saying?
Regards,
BasHi,

In reply to: [Twenty Fourteen] question on grid en menuI found out how to solve the first question:
.grid .featured-content .entry-header {
height: 100px; !important
}(replace 100 by whatever number you like)
still like a clue for the second question: I use widgets for my menu structure in the left sidebar, and I’d like to have them to look like the main navigation menu. How do I do that?
Hi,
I have the same problem. I found
this article
but didn’t check it yet.
Would be nice if they incorporate it in wordpress.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Twenty Fourteen "Nothing found" Homepage, but no sticky posts? So to avoid “nothing found” under the grid, you have to select a static home page? One could make a empty static page, but still its a ugly solution.
Is it possible, to juist show the grid on the homepage, so without a post of page under it? For me it would work to juist put all posts in the grid and/or use a menu.Regards,

In reply to: [Attitude] Edit footerHi,
I followed the instructions (created and activated a child theme, created a style.css en functions.php and pasted the code in it) but it doesn’t work.
I noticed that there’s no “attitude_footer” or “attitude_footer_info” in functions.php in attitude parrent theme. It looks like the fucntions.php parrent file is getting its information elsewhere (a map called library?).
What’s going wrong? What do I miss? Has the structure of Attitude been changed?
Please help me.Forum: Themes and Templates
