In reply to: [Buttonizer - Floating Menus, Sticky Buttons, & Popup Builder] removed IconHi @samuelng527 ,
I want to update you on this topic. We have been added many new styling options in version 2.6.0.
One of the new options is to disable the icon, so you won’t need custom CSS anymore π
Hey @michih ,
Thank you for reaching out!
I am not sure how custom icons are handled via FontAwesome. Do they have a custom FontAwesome class just as the other icons? Otherwise we’ll have to add this functionality π
Hope to hear from you soon.
Hi Amit,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I installed Swift Performance but it looks like the icons are still loading in correctly. I also tried enabling most of their settings and I can’t seem to make the icon disappear.
Could you maybe try to clear the cache and see if it will show up then?
Hi @jmmartin ,
Thanks for opening this topic and reporting the bug!
I wanted to let you know that we have identified the bug and fixed it locally.
We’ll release an update in the beginning of January, probably after the holidays! It’s already fixed in our standalone version of Buttonizer.
If you find anything else, let us know!
Hi Rica,
Thank you for reaching out to us again! Hope you’re still enjoying Buttonizer π
Button-shortcodes isn’t a function that we offer in our plugin at the moment, however, we are considering it. We’re currently working on a big update which will make it easier to add functionalities like these.
Is it correct you would like a shortcode like
[buttonizer id="1234-abcd-5678"](just an example) and replace the code with the group or buttons?Let us know!
Hi there,
Thank you very much for your feedback!
Unfortunately, making use of shortcodes is not possible right now. However, it is on our feature list, so we might add it in the future π
If we do, we’ll make sure to let you know!
Let us know if you have any other feedback too π
Hi @vladimirrakin ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I took a look at your site and it seems like it’s showing up on my end.
Were you perhaps able to fix the issue? If it’s still not showing up on your end, could you try opening your site using incognito mode?
If it’s still not showing up, could you maybe let us know what device and browser you were using? We would like to try and reproduce the issue on our end. π

Our apologies for the late reply. I see you’ve already managed to removed the icon from the floating menu.

Hi @phmtiendat ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
On desktop, you will need to have a default mail application set.
You can find this setting on Windows 10 under Settings > Apps > Default Apps.
You can use the standard Windows 10 mailing app or change it to open up Gmail.
Please let us know if this was the issue! π
Hi Isabella,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Previously, when there’s only 1 button in the group, access to the group settings will be disabled and some of the group options will instead appear in that 1 button’s settings.
We have changed this and instead enabled access to the group settings to make the settings pages more consistent.
You should be able to find the position option now on the group setting’s general tab.
https://streamable.com/n9avciRegarding the button being covered on the phone and having an extra white space on the side, perhaps you can use this custom CSS to fix that issue:
html, body { overflow-x: hidden; }Let me know if these worked or if I understood your question incorrectly! π
Hi @eibihp ,
Yes, this is possible with Buttonizer.
This is the default styling with 3 buttons.
You can then customize each buttons to your liking. π
