The plugin has been updated. Would you like to update and check if the notices are gone?

In reply to: [Buttonizer - Floating Menus, Sticky Buttons, & Popup Builder] Fontawesome 5Hi Lukas,
Unfortuately we do not official support the FontAwesome 5 icon pack yet as many icons have different classnames now.
However you are able to use Buttonizer and FA5 by just importing the stylesheet or javascript files into your theme. Some icons will work then from the list in the admin dashboard.
Most of the time there’s a different classname between light, normal and bold icons classnames. So not all icons are available from the list.
There is a cheatsheet available on fontawesome.com to convert old iconnames to FA5 (and keep using them) via javascript if I am right. I cannot gurantee that it fully covers all missing or changed classnames, but it is worth trying.
We do have plans to integrate and support FA5, but we’re working now on a new version of Buttonizer. After the new finished version of Buttonizer we will make sure to support more icon packs.
Let me know if this information helps you!

Hi Kainer,
What version of PHP do you use? I suggest updating your PHP version to 5.5 or even PHP 7.x
If you need help upgrading PHP on your webserver, you can contact your hosting provider.
Let me know if this was the problem!

Hi Samuel,
Thank you for your question. You can do that by adding the following CSS code to your website:
<style>
.buttonizer-button a.buttonizer_head, .buttonizer-button a.buttonizer_head:hover {
background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0) !important;
box-shadow: none !important;
}
</style>Cheers,
Jeroen

In reply to: [Buttonizer - Floating Menus, Sticky Buttons, & Popup Builder] php noticeHi Johnny,
As this is just a notice from PHP for a missing variable, you are able to disable these notices. I will tell you how to disable these notices for now. In the following update, the code you add now, will be automatically removed when we roll out the new version of Buttonizer.
Put inside the /wp-content/plugins/buttonizer/buttonizer.php on top of the file the following code:
ini_set('error_reporting', E_ERROR); error_reporting(E_ERROR);This means it wil only show and log the real PHP errors, but won’t show the notices of variables that are missing. So as I am right, it won’t flood your logs anymore.
Let me know if this is a good temporarely solution.

Hi Carly,
Thank you for contacting us – I can see that your icons ar not loading. Did you already add the font-awesome CDN to you website?

Cheers!

Hi there,
Thanks a lot! This can indeed but you would need the premium version for that unfortunately :).
It’s a specific page rule feature where you can set up rules for buttons like: url starts with … or page title contains etc.
If you need help you can also contact us to jeroen@buttonizer.pro.
Enjoy your day!
Cheers,
Jeroen

In reply to: [Buttonizer - Floating Menus, Sticky Buttons, & Popup Builder] User Roles?Hi @dudewithwp,
On this moment we are working on a complete new version of Buttonizer (it becomes a front end editor). While we are working on this new version the other function are being sent to front in the planning. So the function will be out in the new version!
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Cheers,
– George
Hi Denis,
Thank you for reporting!
I have currently no experience with WP Rocket and Buttonizer together, but we’ll look into it and make sure it won’t be a problem in Buttonizer 2.0, the next version that will come out.
If you want to exclude the Buttonizer javascript file, in most of the case the URL should be /wp-content/plugins/{buttonizer-plugin-directory}/js/buttonizer.js
Of course, edit ‘{buttonizer-plugin-directory}‘ to the current Buttonizer plugin directory, this may be different in some cases.
Does this help you?
