If I type in just the address without the https:// it does automatically forward to the https:// . I have the new certificate although the person who was helping me put it in last time for me. I’m not sure how to get in to add in the new information and once in, where to put it.
Than you but I said above, I have already tried changing the password. The new one didn’t work either. It just did the same thing – screen refreshed and login blank stayed prefilled with my login name and password blank emptied but no error message.
