Any plan for 2 users on one ticket? That would be super useful!!!!
One more thing. does pro version support 3 days ticket? Meaning I’d like to have TWO user and one support (admin) agent on one ticket. This will be mainly to resolve issues between two users.
This feature along with being able to import avatar from WP profile (or Bbpress profile) would seal the deal.
Let me know if these are possible & i’ll buy it right away! 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Slider] Glitches on first loadfigured it out, glitch is caused when there’s more than one of this slider shortcode used in one page. I had them on widget. So as long as you hide widget where this is used on page, you’re good!
My above statement i with newest version.
Did woocommerce stop sending ‘New Order’ notification to customer? Or was it always been that way? I’m a bit confused now.but anyway, this is resolved issue since workaround takes care of the issue. Thank you.

Ok, I think I got this figured out.
Original Woocommerce New Order
Sends email to Store Admin & Custmoerwith YITH multi vendor NEW order
Sends email to Store admin & vendorRight? if so, you guys should have this documented somewhere…. I think above is what’s happening which got me all confused.
So as a workaround, I just had to enable ‘processing email notification’ which I normally turn off and BUYER will get that email instead of new order.
Let me know if I got this right. If so, this case is closed for now.

I see that for all the new orders, it creates a suborder where vendor CAN update which is nice. And I don’t mind doing manual work or updating based on vendor updates but here’s my suggestion to make it easier.
– Would it be possible to show sub-order underneath regular order in grey color background or something? so that we can see both on one page? It’d make the sync process much easier!
– When I did update on main order from ADMIN side, it gave me an error. Did not write it down.. I went back and saw that everything was updated.. but I think there’s an issue with handler, please check?

What you should do is what WPMU DEV does.. charge one price for all the plugins you have. I think that’s add value to your package since you offer so many different plugins. 🙂
