OK, I will try the developer version. But by the process of elimination I have found that the conflict was with the Spider Video Player Version 1.4.8 By http://web-dorado.com/
I wasn’t even using the plugin I installed it to try it.
So I’m going to try a backup and put it my test server. to see what happens.

I just saw this today in WP 3.8 thanks for the fix. I’ll see if I can find the culprit thats causing it and let you know. Thanks for the work around.
