Thank you, I will create a back up.

How can you know who is trustworthy when you have to hire a stranger from a freelancing platform? I’m not assuming this person isn’t trustworthy but I also don’t want to assume that they are. Your suggestion to create a backup sounds like a good solution.

Thanks so much. Yes I just removed them from the hosting account and FTP, I will now delete their admin account on WP. I appreciate your help!
