Resolved.

OK, so I have found that the tag call is in index.php. I have created a new file for my tag, which is called tag-hockey-wives.php (tag slug is hockey-wives). I have added the following code to the top:

 /*
 Template Name: Full Width
 */
 get_header(); ?>

I used that to create a full width template for pages, which currently works. On my tag page, however, it removes the sidebar but it does not allow the tag content to stretch across the full width of the page. Very confused.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I have actually edited that code just so it displays the author in the format I prefer.

I don’t want to launch my site, but what I have done is created a username for you to log in and see if you can help me, if that isn’t too much work.

I am not sure where in the code is the issue as the date will show up for some articles on the homepage and not for others.
