That worked. Is there a way to make the theme and the plugin work together?

To add, when I remove the “quiz”, the form works.

Also, when I have the “quiz” in the form and the form doesn’t work, the submit button does work.

Thanks! That’s what I did… it won’t work…

when I enter http://www.bluesbabefoundation.org/indigo, I get a Error 404…

Any idea?
