The options for PayPal Express do not show in Settings->Checkout. Only the warning at top once the plugin is activated:
WooCommerce Gateway PayPal Express Checkout requires OpenSSL >= 1.0.1 to be installed on your server.
Site is on a godaddy VPS server – I manage through WHM/cPanel. Did a manual update of OpenSSL to get to 1.0.1e
