It appears GLOB_BRACE is a PHP constant so I would contact your host to see if they can help fix it.

Unfortunately, the word archive is being generated by your theme as our Event Views or Month, List, etc are archives in WordPress.
The change has to be made in your theme and we are not sure where or how that coding works.
You might be able to simple hide it using a css body class and some css.

Sorry for the issues you are having here. I can help out.
In the X Theme it a little tricky to get working, but I Found if I set these two settings to this it worked for me:
X Theme Setting:
Appearance > Customize > Blog > “Full Post Content on Index” Set to > OnThe Events Calendar Settings:
Events > Settings > Display Tab > “Events template” Set to > Default Events TemplateIf you change those two settings does that resolve the issue?

We are unable to provide support for the Filter Bar Here.
I would make sure you are using the latest version of it and follow our testing for conflicts guide:

And see if that can narrow down the cause of the issue in it.
As for formatting for the List Widget and Calendar it is beyond the support we can provide for even paid customers to help making changes.

There is not Organizer Index Page in any of our plugins.
Organizers are the custom post type:
tribe_organizer
So you could do a custom loop to display them all:

But only in Pro are the Single Organizer View active.

I am not sure what you mean, we do not have a header image feature, where is that coming from?
Is this the featured image for a single event?
