I now have also tried
using www. in front of my 28ideas.com (Nada)
I went to: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php
and followed the steps to create a wp-config file. didn’t work either. But a question in the area of the Auth_Key I change to a unique phrase. can I use the same phrase at the Secure_Auth_Key and the logged_in_key where they also ask for a unique phrase?
