Hi,
Please note that the featured image slider will only appear on the homepage if the homepage is set to display the latest posts.
You can try setting the homepage as the “Custom latest posts page” by first activating “Advanced” admin mode inCore Settings > General > Admin Mode. Then, set the homepage as the custom latest posts page in Theme Settings > General > Pages.
Hi,
Support for WPtouch (free) is community-driven, though we do chime in here as we can. Sorry we didn’t get to you earlier.
The issue appears to be because the page is using a custom page template. Since WPtouch loads its own theme, it can’t “see” what is in the desktop theme.
In WPtouch Pro, support for custom page templates is included. As well as the “Mobile Content Extension”, which allows you to customize each page for your mobile users, without affecting the desktop theme.
Hi,
Checking the website now, it looks like the behavior you describe is not longer happening. If you have other questions, let us know and we’ll be happy assist.
You’re welcome.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] CPU OverageHi,
Did your host specify exactly what plugins/files were causing the overage? If it was specific to WPtouch, please ask for a copy of the logs. We’ll take a look at theme and see what may have been causing the issue.
Sorry we didn’t get to you earlier, but glad to know you were able to get things sorted out.
Hi,
That sounds like a cache plugin issue. If you are running a cache plugin/service, please make sure it is configured per the instructions here – http://www.wptouch.com/support/knowledgebase/optimizing-caching-plugins-for-mobile-use/
You’re welcome.
Hi Jennifer,

Only the Classic Redux theme, which is a WPtouch Pro-only theme includes iPad/tablet support.
However, you can force the Bauhaus smartphone theme on iPads, by adding

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Menu setupHi Andy,
You can create a custom WordPress menu in Appearance > Menus that includes a list of your categories. Then, assign the menu to WPtouch in Menus > Theme Menus > Header Menu.

For WPtouch Pro support, please open a ticket at http://www.wptouch.com/support
What I can say is that, it does sounds like a cache issue. We’ll be happy to help you with WPtouch Pro once you file a ticket. Thank you.
