I am sorry but I cannot visit your page due to which cannot imagine the specifications properly . All of the above options could be fixed easily if I was able to access your website, which I am not. Please fix your website or update the thread with a new link .

The code you pasted works only if the post previously had comments. If a post had comments enabled at first and a user commented on the post, then after that if you disable the comment section, you will get the old comment and below the comment you will get the message “Comments are closed”.Hope you understood.
