The new version just released yesterday fixed the issue now. Thank you.
Hey,
thanks for your quick reply and help. Indeed my database has been the issue. I did some serious learning and then cleaning up. I found some very large database from some current and former plugins that I was able to optimise or delete entirely and got my DB down to 1/4 of its original size.
And with that the Staging Site works again.
Thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [NinjaScanner - Virus & Malware scan] NinjaScanner stalls on step 5Hi,
thank you for your reply and support.
I get Status 200 notifications.
Nothing else. I’m not sure if you want me to provide anything or how to judge if what I see is ok?
Excellent. Thank you for clearing that up for me and providing the documentation! 🙂
I’ll mark the issue as closed then.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [NinjaScanner - Virus & Malware scan] NinjaScanner stalls on step 5I’ve just spoke to my hoster and had max-exec-time set to 300, the maximum available for my contract.
Also, just now I got this error again for the 2nd time:
The HTTP server returned the following error: 200 SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data.Yes, I’m aware. That’s why I’m ASKING to build this.
There is other threads in this forum that have asked for this. Also, other LMS plugins/themes provide this, so you’re loosing out here against your competitors.

In reply to: [WP Reset] UI issues with WP Reset SnapshotsHi,
I had it reported and just heard back that it has been sent to their Dev team to look into. So, I guess with one of the upcoming releases this should be fixed. 🙂Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Reset] UI issues with WP Reset SnapshotsHi,
I’ve just deactivated everything minus WP Reset and my staging plugin in a staging website. Same error, I’m afraid.
But changing the theme did the trick. I’m using MasterStudy LMS Pro.- This reply was modified 3 years, 4 months ago by boxhamster.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to explain this. I’ll look into this from that angle then. 🙂Excellent. Thank you for looking into this and raising the ticket. 🙂
I my case, it runs until a user cancels.
if they want to sign up again, it’s like they were a new customer.
I use PMPro with WooCommerce and have recurring payments set up. It’s certainly possible.
I fixed my issue by duplicating the button and restricting them per language.
Thank you for checking and confirming it’s there.
