@taxplusedutuber Could you please try to uncheck the option “Enable merging of JS files” and “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript & CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?
@tiro8221 Could you please try to purge the cache and then try to preload the urls and check the results in GTMetrix if see any improvements?
@mtporter Have you performed a conflict test yet?
Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.
If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.
Please let us know your findings.

@indigotherapies You can simply un-install the Premium version and download and install the free version from https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/ that’s it.
No settings will be changed or removed.

Could you please check if your MySQL server is up and running, Also please check if the database user has all the privileges and assigned to the database?
@cbdease Do you have lazy load feature enabled with some other plugin or theme, if so could you please try to disable the lazy load feature and check if it works?

@francoc30 Yes for beter performance its is advised to enable the feature, it will though increase the page cache folder, but will improve your site speed on both desktop and mobile device.
@zougou At the moment this functionality is only available for admins.
However, I’ll discuss this with our development team, if this feature can be implemented in future release.
@francoc30 These are warnings that won’t stop the functionality of the plugin, the plugin should still work as expected.
