This should solve the issue.

@benny54 WP-Optimize scans all the urls in sitemap, if you want to exclude any url form preloading then please remove the urls from sitemap.

@proscoutsonline Download the UpdraftPlus plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/
Unzip the updraftplus.zip file to your local computer then upload the updraftplus folder to wp-content/plugins folder via FTP.
