@queviko We have released a new version 3.2.8, could you please update the plugin to latest version and check if it helps to fix the issue?
@tonyrobertsacer Changing the cache file location is not advisable as you may have to edit the core files, which may stop functioning of the plugin.
@gemmanltd Could you send me a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
You can find this log through your web hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.You can copy and paste the error log here: https://pastebin.com and share the link here.
@petraschier We are aware of the issue and our development team is working on the same.
We will soon release a new version, which fixes the issue.
Until then, you can rollback to previous working version.
@davethomasco Yes you can click off the page and the optimization process will be running in the background.
@queviko Have you performed a conflict test yet?
Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.
If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.
Please let us know your findings.
@riopar10 It shows permission issues, could you please chmod .htaccess file to 0644 and check if it helps to fix the issue?
@propixelmedia Yes you’ll have to just un-install the 3.2.6 version and install 3.2.3 version.
@riopar10 Please go here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/advanced/
And scroll down to bottom and from the dropdown select 3.2.3 version to download
@gnampf It should work with Elementor hidden elements, we will test it on our side and update you soon, if it possible to defer Elementor hidden elements.
@queviko If the images are already compressed then it will only display the list of images which are uncompressed.
@propixelmedia Could you please try to downgrade the plugin to 3.2.3 version and check if it helps to fix the issue?
