Try deactivating Woocommerce for a moment and see if that solves the issue. If not, do the standard troubleshooting procedure for both theme and plugin conflict.

How is your WordPress installation? Can you login via WP or add users from the admin panel?

You should probably roll back to your last working UM version. Strange things have been happening since WP 4.7

It seems that event calendar and your plugin conflict with each other .

I’m only going by what you said.

This suggests that UM works if one of your plugins is deactivated. Thus not a UM issue.

then when they try to login with new password the website tell them ” incorrect password ”

If you found the plugin at fault, then either you fix the issue yourself, you ask the other plugin’s author to fix it, or you hire a developer to help you with this issue, but we do not discuss third party plugin issues here. Thank you.

A professional developer would create a child theme. He would also charge for this work thus, it would cost money, which is what most people on these boards are reluctant to pay.

How you fix your problem is not a subject of discussion on this free UM plugin board.

Not all themes are compatible with any given plugin. If you love your theme that much, then the CSS files need to be modified.

Is that the only form problem you have? That’s a CSS conflict most likely with your theme.
