Great job with the hack, but I still don’t understand the inconsistency between the various functions (wp_list_* and wp_get_archives).
I’d love something that doesn’t break with an upgrade.
Isn’t it rather important for users to have some access to the loop for their own purposes of expanding the theme? I’m trying to get a del.icio.us bookmark-link plugin to work but it requires that some code be inserted into the loop, which I can’t find.
Probably should just use a different del.icio.us plugin
