Thanks Mika, I know I have many questions I do read the unlimited wordpress resources but some questions are not as easy to find.

This is what my current static html site setup is, I would like to start fresh with a multisite setup.

The site has a main corporate site which links to 14 individual event sites each individual site also has links to all other sites ( i do this using a js script, one file changes all). Some event sites are bilingual (no problem) with wordpress but some sites use the same url for both a spring and fall show, for example: I design the spring show it is live for 2 months prior to the show and when the show is over I move all files to a “url…/spring/ folder” and then point all the site links to it. Then I design the fall show and place all the new html files into the /url/ folder then go live.

Can a multisite wordpress set up do this.

    thank you

Another follow up, with the said configurations can I install widgets to individual sites and not others?

I’m not 100% sure if multisite is my answer I did read it but I do have a few questions….

14 seperate domains on one server plus the main domain will be in the public_html folder. Each domain has its own (blog, gallery and webpages, some sites are bilingual and some sites will have a spring and fall sites that will both fall under the same url.

For example when a spring show is live the fall show will not show under the url but still needs to be accessible possibly as a archived site.

For this reason with all of the multisite and functions needed should I install wordpress into each folder and customize them individually?
    thank you

Another note: Each subfolder has its own url and is directed to the proper folder.
