Hello,
Your reply helped me think differently and I think I found the culprit. I still don’t understand why the login page worked well without Flexible Checkout Fields, but excluding that page from caching seemed to solve it.
I hope it may help someone else!
Thanks again
Still awaiting support, thank you!

In reply to: [Quotes for WooCommerce] Use woocommerce default “New Order” email templateDear Pinal Shah,
Thank you for your kind support. The Email Template Customizer staff suggested to use their default template, which directly calls your plugin email content. This way at least the emails header and footer are customized. This solution is working so far, so please consider the topic as solved, thank you again!
Hi,
I tested the default email template, it works, thank you!
But now there is another issue: the email header and content’s first lines (for instance “hi …, Just to let you know — we’ve received your order #…, and it is now being processed) show only in english.
My store is 100% Italian, the order details in the email are in italian, all woocommerce strings are correctly translated – but I keep receiving the test emails half italian/half english.
All plugins are correctly updated, do you have any suggestions?
Thanks again
Hello @tomaszwp,
Yes the error was due to a conflict with Email Template Customizer for Woocommerce.
I removed the order meta custom fields hook from admin’s email notification and now the checkout is working again, but strangely FCF fields are showing only in default email, if I try to customize the email with FCF hooks the following error is displayed on top of the fields:
Warning: DOMXPath::query(): Invalid expression in /home/rdhqsbba/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/pelago/emogrifier/src/Emogrifier.php on line 494Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/rdhqsbba/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/pelago/emogrifier/src/Emogrifier.php on line 503
For the moment I’ll solve it using woocommerce default emails, but I would be curious to know if anybody had the same problem and how they solved it!
Regards,

In reply to: [Quotes for WooCommerce] Use woocommerce default “New Order” email templateThere is not, not even in premium version (I’m using free version but I checked premium features). I was wondering, could it come from the template code itself?
I’m going to write to Email Template Customizer support and let you know if there is any solution on their side!
Thanks,
Aude

In reply to: [Quotes for WooCommerce] Use woocommerce default “New Order” email templateHello,
Yes, I confirm the email Request for New Quote is sent to admin. Unfortunately the same email template appears among the customers’ emails in Email Template Customizer, so even if I customize it it will then be sent to my customer, not to admin.
Do you think it can be solved directly? Otherwise, would it be possible to use the default woocommerce email template?
Thank you!
