In reply to: Adding a new post – Editor not working since upgrading.Same prob here. I’m new to WP, but the editor did work before. Now all it shows is some buttons like b, link, some list options, code, lookup, ect. No text formating, alignment options, or kitchen sink. Also no html editor. I installed Ultimate TinyMCE hoping it would help, but it didn’t. It’s the only plug in I have, and is now disabled. Switched from Graphene back to Twenty Eleven theme, still no help. Couldn’t find a plugins folder thru phpMyAdmin, but wouldn’t know how to reset it anyway ;P Googled this problem and found a lot of reports but no solutions. Even made sure there wasn’t a dreaded “;” after the temp link in site_url … Any suggestions or revelations would be great 🙂 thanks … http://whub27.webhostinghub.com/%7Ebonehe6 .

In reply to: Static homepage shifted to leftRight on! In my defense, I do a lot of stuff from my phone during breaks at work, so I didn’t realize the scrollbar. Good call! Hangin’ my head in shame . . .

In reply to: Static homepage shifted to leftNot sure if you are clicking thru to the current site iamgarrett – the WP site I’m working on is at http://whub27.webhostinghub.com/~bonehe6/ . I might have 1 test image on the home page, a sample page (included with the theme), and a few other test pages (i.e. indexup). If PICS or VIDS are in the Nav, it’s the current site and not the one I’m working on . . . the only thing I can consider a “tall” page. Still haven’t tried to validate any code, worked today on getting my FTP to work (did I mention noob)? Got ‘er goin’, tho =] Still want to understand the static homepage shift in WP before working with child themes . . .

In reply to: Static homepage shifted to leftThanks, I’ve only tried it on FireFox on a PC – I’ll check IE and Google just to be sure. I’ll definitely do the validation thing. I haven’t actually changed any code though, just what is available through the Graphene options panel. Is there a way to eliminate all blog elements (pingbacks, comments, rss feeds, categories, ect) to make the validation process a bit quicker?
