RESOLVED! Thank YOU! It was not a plugin, but I enabled lazy loading on my theme to try and rectify another issue. Disabled and the thumbnails are loading again.

Thank you for the reply! I read through the documentation and understand what needs to go in the “file attachments” field in the autoresponder. I just cannot figure out how to customize the form syntax so it works correctly.
here’s my example:
Your Name: [text your-name]
Your Email Address [email your-email]
[select menu-packages first_as_label “– Choose Flight Package –” “Tours & Charters” “Golf & Executive”]
Comments [textarea comments]
[submit “Send”]
How exactly do I setup the groups?

Have you found the answer to this question, or does anyone know. I’m having the same issue with the “From Email Name” field not recognizing capital letters.
