Unfortunately, we can not provide assistance for our premium themes on this forum. Please note that mentioned error isn’t related to Bold Builder plugin. We suggest you to update your WordPress theme and activated plugins to the latest version. Thanks for understanding.

Please note that plugins’ shortcodes will work only if BB is activated. If you would like to use BB only for pages, than please navigate to Settings > Bold Builder on Dashboard and make sure to disable “post” and BB will be visible as editor only on pages.
