    Hi,

    thanks for your reply.

    I followed your link and checked all of the mentioned points, which are:
    – we don’t have two catalogs (only one)
    – the product is in stock
    – the product is not virtual
    – the product shows “sync and show” in the product overview

    What else can we check?

    Hi,

    thanks for your answer.

    We have both problems you described.

    We asked Facebook for the products that appear in the facebook-catalog but can’t be tagged. We´ll keep you updated.

    Still there are at least three products that don’t appear in the Facebook-catalog. We only know about these three because we couldn’t tag them, maybe there are more products missing we didn’t try to tag at this point.
    Anyway… we searched for the max_execution_time which is set to 120.
    Our Webhoster said the standard would be 30, he wouldn’t recommend to set it higher.
    Can you give us further help for these three missing products?

    Hi Antonio,
    I never added css or edited files inside the server by hand – but I did it step by step without knowing what I’m doing.
    Guess what? It´s working and does exactly what I want.

    A question regarding updates:
    I´m using a child-theme and added the snippet in the functions.php of that child theme.
    Also I replaced the share.php inside the child theme on the server.
    Will this protect the changes against wordpress/theme/plugin updates?
