Unfortunately, I am also unable to help. Having the same problem. I can tell you that I tried downloading wordpress twice and trying it that way but it didn’t work. Made a big mess and ended up corrupting my primary domain name. Have spent the whole day repairing. I don’t suggest downloading wordpress again. Keep searching for the answer.
