And can they respond with terms and instructions for those of us not versed in IT. I have no idea what a cron job is so telling me to edit it doesn’t mean anything.

In reply to: All of my Followers DisappearedPerhaps I wasn’t clear. I have already been through the steps in the link. My subscribers were moved and present on the new server. Over the weekend, they all disappeared. Completely the steps I already completed won’t help with anything as my subscribers are no longer on the WP.com server.

Bluehost says they can’t help. I lost roughly 560 followers. This is a huge deal. I followed the instructions per this link when my site originally moved from WordPress.com – http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/. My subscribers were moved. A post I published on 9/18 did email out and show in their feeds. As of Monday, they all disappeared. I need them restored. Thanks!
