Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been away.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve notice two problems when a order conformation is sent to our customer. The first one is the customers shipping address name and the other is the product title and image.
When a customer gets sent their order confirmation & order complete email, if they use a different name for the shipping address the email shows the billing address name instead. Woocommerce is ok, it’s just the email which is wrong.
The other problem is the product title and image. It shows the copied product details (copy) at the end of the title. So the customer thinks they’re ordered the wrong product but everything is ok with Woocommerce, it’s just the emails sent by Mailchimp.
Do you have an email address I could send screen shots to?
