If you go to the theme editor, and then open the footer.php file, you should be able to edit the text that you want to remove.
You should be able to modify the theme to remove these features from pages.

Softaculous is an installer script for your Control Panel in your web hosting space.
So, you need to login to the control panel of your hosting provider and there you will need to run the update script for WordPress.
