    Can this be done?

    Thread Starter Bloke

    (@bloke)

    Seems to be just an issue with my site or theme because I have both installed on another site. The Gutentor blocks will not load on the left margin to select from.

    (@bloke)

    I downloaded it and it replaced the previous folder. I deactivated and reactivated. The Gutentor template button is at the top but it won’t open. The blocks also don’t appear on the left. Publish Press Blocks seems to be conflicting with it. I deactivated it and it works.

    I figured it out. For some reason my local site was using a different prefix for the tables. I had two sets of tables on my server. I looked at a page and found its ID and compared them.

    I think I will try your suggestion. And if it doesn’t work then try mine. I just see having 4 separate sites would be overkill. And if the menu and search can change based on tags then they won’t find products on any other part of the site.

    Thread Starter Bloke

    (@bloke)

    That fixed it thanks.

    Thank you. Making these changes will automatically update the htaccess file?

    Here is the page. Just remove the x from the URL. https://www.qxssi.com/qxssi-direct-container-north-america/

    Thanks I will try that. One other request would be able to add a block to the slider or have one on there by default so you could add a button with text.

    I found a away to make the slider look better on mobile. If anyone else has a better solution please share.

    I Removed the slider minimum minimum height. I had alot of ghostkit classes. The text height was effecting the size. Then I moved the previous and next buttons down.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 425px)and (orientation : portrait) {
    .wp-block-getwid-media-text-slider-slide__content, .wp-block-getwid-media-text-slider__slides-wrapper {
    height:200px !important;
    padding:0px !important;
    font-size:10px;
    }

    .ghostkit-custom-1I6phn, .ghostkit-custom-iWcOf, .ghostkit-custom-Z18BmFA, .ghostkit-custom-Z1oT5Iz,.ghostkit-custom-23pHoe,.ghostkit-custom-2knP8B  {
    font-size:1.25rem !important;
    text-align: center;
    margin:0px !important;
    }

    button.slick-next, button.slick-prev {
    right: 25px !important;
    top: 180px !important;
    }

    }

    I found this to work after trying different templates and settings inside the editor. Also putting all my groups and settings into one large section didn’t change the results.
    How to Style Wide & Full-Width Gutenberg Blocks in WordPress
    add_theme_support( 'align-wide' );

    @media screen and (min-width: 960px) {
         .alignwide, .alignfull {
              width:  100vw;
              max-width:  100vw;
              margin-left:  calc(50% - 50vw);
         }
    }
    body {
         overflow-x:  hidden;
    }

    I think I figured out the issue. I wasn’t using sections. Just putting blocks one below each other. I set them all to full size but Firefox didn’t like that and made them thousands of pixels wide and off the page.

    I tried two approaches. First I made one large section and set the width to 1530 pixels and put all blocks inside.

    Then the other approach was have 4 sections down the page set to 1530 pixels wide. And put the blocks inside each one. So I guess you need a set width.

    I was really wanting to fill the screen with no margins.
