Thank you Harish for the link. I was using a Yahoo e-mail so that could be why it wasn’t working. I created an e-mail with my hosting company, and the problem is still occurring. MailChimp said there might be a delay for it to start working. Is it possible there’s another reason why it’s not working?
No, I went with another e-mail marketing company. The customer service at MailChimp for WordPress was very helpful. They did everything they could to help, but it seemed that the problem was on MailChimp’s end. It took them over a week to finally respond to me. At that point, I was completely fed up. I’m sorry that I don’t have better news, and I hope that you can figure out what’s wrong.
Yea, it seems like the problem is on MailChimp’s end. It took them a week to finally get back to me, but I switched to another e-mail marketing company. I appreciate all the help from the plug-in, they responded quickly to me and helped the best way they could.
I just want an e-mail marketing company that is more available when I need help.
Let me know if you guys resolve the issue, I’m curious as to what the problem is.
