I have found that there is a problem with my Exchange Server, I am now getting the email (as a bounceback weirdly) but am getting it. So I think this is resolved for me. I am closing this post.

Hi Jason, I have WordPress version 3.3.1 and am using Online Backup for WordPress 2.1.2.
In an earlier post you mentioned that the exclusion of sub-directories would be an available feature by now. I could not find the option to exclude sub-directories in the Online Backup Plugin. Was the feature added?
