when I click the sign up button it just goes back to a blank form

Sorted, I did not need to do this in the end, I played around and put some relevant info on the first page and turned off the email sendouts

So Jan, any idea how I change it so that when I click on the homepage logo it goes to http://www.wildmedic.co.uk/homepage rather than to the splash page?
